To check and optimize your programs, select Tools\Optimize startup.
All your startup configuration will be checked and result will be displayed
for your to select optimization level (seea t image below).
You can check "Delete these programs" or "Disable these programs" for each group of programs.
Also you can switch automatic mode on for protection startup all other programs - switch on "Freeze startup" option.
