Win.ini file:
This is the system file used to
start programs under the older Windows 3.x systems. It has been included for
compatibility with Windows 3.x.
Under Windows NT/2000/XP this category should
not be used.
[Load] - category
starts programs before user logins.
[Run] - category starts programs
after user logins.
All these sections are supported by Absolute StartUp
for Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, but we advise to use registry
sections instead.
